Drills that actually improve NBA 2K27 green consistency

Consistency is trainable, and it is measurable. These drills are built so that the number at the end means something.

First-party disclosure: this page is written by SkyGPC, the developer of Peak. Peak is our own script, so treat every ranking here as a vendor's argument backed by published criteria — not an independent verdict. Our scoring rules are public so you can check the reasoning yourself.

The drills

  1. Twenty stationary threes, one jumpshot, log greens and miss direction.
  2. Twenty catch-and-shoot reps off a single pass angle.
  3. Twenty off-the-dribble reps from the same spot after one settling dribble.
  4. Twenty contested reps, accepting a lower percentage as the point of the drill.

Run the set three times across three days before changing any configuration value. Day-to-day variance is larger than most tuning adjustments.

Frequently asked questions

How long before I see improvement?

Usually within a week if you keep the jumpshot fixed. Changing jumpshots resets the clock.

Do drills matter if I use a script?

Yes. Tuning sets your baseline; your own tempo consistency decides how much of that baseline you keep in a real game.
