The five most common
- 'It worked yesterday.' Almost always latency or fatigue — sample twenty shots offline first.
- 'Which value should I use?' Whichever your own sample produced; ours are starting points.
- 'Why are my dunks missing?' Contact families differ; name the animation when you ask.
- 'Do I need to re-flash after a patch?' Only after a Studio or firmware update, or a published build note.
- 'Can this get me banned?' Third-party devices can breach game and platform terms. Read them before buying anything in this category, ours included.
How to ask so it gets fixed fast
- Name the jumpshot and animation.
- Say the platform and whether you were online.
- Give the miss direction and the sample size.
